BayShore's Best Dot
Miniature Silky Fainting Goats have their own registry  -  Miniature Silky Fainting Goat Association.
Some are dual registered with the MGR or IFGA.  We are anticipating some gorgeous Miniature
Silkies from these guys and are working on expanding our breeding program.

Tennessee Velvet

We have been fortunate to find some excellent does for our silky program and babies are starting to arrive!!!!

Most silkies will not develop the long silky coat until they are about 6 months old.   The coat continues to grow for
several years.   Our babies will be retained a little longer than our other fainters so that we can evaluate their coats and
size, etc.  We are excited to be involved in the  continued development of this unique breed of goat!  Our goal is to sell
offspring that we can be proud and more importantly YOU, the buyer, will be thrilled to own.  Offspring will be registered
with the MSFGA with some also being registered with MGR.

Only those goats proven to produce the Miniature Silky characteristics  will remain in our breeding program. We are still
seeking long-haired goats to add to our gene pool to insure genetic diversity.  If you have a long haired fainting goat
that does not fit into your breeding program, please contact us!
